Hey, guys! My mom, Louise, was kind enough to be my guest blogger this week and share on of her amazing recipes with us, which also happens to be one of my favorite meal! I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have growing up!

  • Beef Stew Meatimage
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Season Salt
  • 2 TSP Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Thyme
  • 1 Clove fresh Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Ground Red Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 2  Tbsp Kosher salt (salt to taste}
  • 1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 Onion peeled and diced
  • 2 Stalk of green scallion {chopped}
  • 1 Peeled potato {Diced} placed in cold water until ready to use, it keeps the potato from turning brown
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Canola
  • Heat oil in a Dutch or a deep a pan.

  1. First, place meat in a hot dutch oven or deep pan and cook it until the meat is brown on
    the outside.
  2. Then, add all of the spices.
  3.  Next, add 2-3 cups of water and let it simmer for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  4. After, for the last 15 minutes of your cooking cycle add your potato. Serve over white rice or red beans and rice.
  5. Enjoy!
