I can recognize this because the things that used to be easier for me, like a mid-level yoga class, has been a challenge, dance classes leave me out of breath, and overall moving/exercising has become suckier and more challenging.
On top of that, I’ve been eating mostly microwavable food the past year because I just hadn’t had time to cook. (One of the perks of multiple jobs.) Eating crappy food leaves me feeling crappy! But I’ve promised myself that this year is going to be different.
I’m going to make some lifestyle changes. (I’m also telling you guys because now it’s out there and I have to or at least have to attempt to follow through.) Overall I’m not just working out to look better, although that is nice, but really to feel better. I’d like to have more energy and be able to do physically what I use to be able to do and more!
So to change that…. I’m kicking off my lifestyle change with a huge bang! Or at least huge to me… No sugar and low carbs for 14 days! Starting today! And If you know me you will know how hard that is! I love chocolates, candy, and lots of sugar in my coffee! I’m also going to start working out 5 days a week! (I know crazy right?)
