Sometimes it feels like there is not enough coffee in the world to get me through the day. But on those days when I’m dead tired I try my hardest to find something to be grateful for. It shifts my perspective and turns a rather shitty attitude into a more positive one.
Having gratitude is one of the most underrated things, but can be the most rewarding. It can bring so much happiness into your life.
Even on days when you look around and feel like the sky is falling. Stop. Take a moment. And Breathe. Then when you’re ready take a moment to write down the things you are grateful for. Whether it’s on an iPhone or a sticky note. (And not just bull crap stuff either) Trust me, your perspective will change for the better. If you can do this, make time for just 1 small minute in your day every day to write down 3 things your are grateful for, you will be surprised how much your life will change.
