Hey guys,


Just to give you a quick update on my November workout challenge, it’s been going alright for me.  Getting to the gym at least 3 times a week was a bit harder than I had originally anticipated. The first week I was super motivated and like this is no problem at all, and I actually worked out 4 times in total. The second week it wasn’t as easy.  I’m not going to lie I didn’t make it there 3 times… I didn’t even make it to the gym once, but I did do a yoga class at home and one at work!


This week I’m going to attempt to make up for it with at least 4 workout sessions. (We’ll see how that goes with turkey day right around the corner!)  I’m hoping even with the Thanksgiving Holiday I will be able to reach my goal as I have 2 days off this week leaving me a 4 day weekend, and plenty of time to hit the gym.! (Yay me!).  I’ll let y’all know how that goes!
