Hello Friends,

It’s been so long since my last post update and wow so much in my life has changed.  In March I attended a Women’s Healing Immersion in NYC led by the Bee Bosnak.  If you don’t know who she is you should check her out at https://beebosnak.com/ because this amazing woman truly changed my life.  During the healing immersion, so many epiphanies for me emerged.  I learned to let go, to find strength in being vulnerable, to set boundaries, to forgive, to follow my heart, to speak my truth, and to breathe. I could finally breathe again.  My perspective will forever be changed.

After my fantastic trip and one healing immersion later I knew I needed to make changes in my life.  I moved into a new place on my own, started making time for me and the things I love, let go of friendships and relationships that were no longer healthy, and overall I started finding my voice again.

I’ve learned change is a forever constant, that as people we need to genuinely adapt to the world around us.  One of the biggest changes that have happened recently was moving and what it brought along with it.  When I moved I had lots of help from friends, but one longtime friendship did change.  One of my friends who was helping me move turned into so much more… my boyfriend.

Oh and let’s not forget one of the most magical moments of all that happened… one of my best friends had a baby girl! Which by the way, I’m obsessed with her and love her soooooooo much!  I’m looking forward to watching this little girl grow up.

Along with all of these crazy and amazing moments in my year so far, I’ve truly had the opportunity to take a step back from overdoing it with “work” or just life in general and have been able to rest. After the retreat, I realized that I need to take time to take a bit of a step back, which is why there haven’t been too many personal blog post lately.  I have been working on some super cool stuff that I can’t wait to share with you but until then I wish you all peace and happiness in your lives and that whatever you are going through you are not alone.  You are never alone.

From my heart to yours.

xoxo,

Nique
