Hey guys!

Just want to give you a quick update on my July Yoga Challenge! So my yoga practice for this month didn’t start off the way I had initially expected it to.   recently my yoga practice has been more gentle because of my neck. I’ve been doing more yin yoga and gentle yoga lately.  Thankfully, I woke up this morning, after a great massage yesterday, with my neck almost pain-free! Yay!!!!! I’m super excited because I’ve been really wanting to move more and do a more dynamic vinyasa flow. Of course I have to be careful not to rush back into anything crazy, I won’t be doing any headstands anytime soon, but in time I will be back to that place!
