I hope you guys are all doing well! I can’t believe we are in December and 2018 is just around the corner! November proved to be a bit challenging for me. Life forced me to reflect on my priorities and figure out what I wanted most. It is much easier said than done I can tell you that for sure! Sometimes it can be difficult separating out what you truly want without the influence of what others want for you whether it is your family, your friends, or your partner. As you reflect on 2017 to make resolutions for the year ahead I suggest really thinking about what YOU want for yourself and making yourself a priority in your own life.
November also brought challenges because I had no idea how hard it actually is to consistently workout 3 times a week while adult-ing. It is not easy, in fact I did not make it 3 times every week, and that’s okay because I at least tried. The November workout challenge did teach me something about myself though, besides the fact that currently the gym isn’t one of my favorite spots. It taught me how to balance my responsibilities with committing to taking time for myself and my own health! While accomplishing my goals, and spending time with friends, family, and loved ones is important it is also important to take care of your health so that you are able to enjoy spending time with he people you love. I will announce the winner of the November Workout Challenge later this week! I can’t wait to see how you all did!
