My 4 days 3 nights whirl wind in Las Vegas proved to never have a dull moment. Between working a booth at a trade show and sight seeing during my free time I was exhausted. A very happy, thankful exhausted for such a wonderful opportunity and time. I was also lucky enough to have the quick tour of Vegas from one of my talented, smart, and amazing co-worker. So below are my Top 5 must see places for your quick trip to Vegas.
1. The Paris:
Driving up to the Paris Hotel you can’t help but notice the breath-taking and iconic Eiffel Tower alone with the Arch Du Triumph, replicas of course, but none the less still breath-taking! Entering the hotel lobby to the reception counter you stand in a gold room filled with elegant crystal chandeliers. Everything in the hotel is Paris theme from the food to the faux cobble stone around the casino. The Paris hotel had the feel Las Vegas feel of France.
Overall, the rooms were beautiful and they were super clean. The over all service and atmosphere of the hotel was grand and had pretty good customer service. My most favorite part of the hotel is the Chateau club rooftop! You literally are standing under the Eifel Tower while having a spectacular view of the Belagio fountains.
2. The Mirage:
I didn’t stay at the Mirage, but it was lovely to walk through. The most memorable part of my visit to this hotel was the “Volcano” they had out in front. The Volcano erupted in a show at 8 and 9 pm and it was pretty cool to watch and is something I would definitely recommend seeing.
3. Caesars Palace:
Hangover anyone? That was immediately what I thought of when visiting Caesars Palace. It is iconic and truly beautiful and grand with the architecture and attention to the fine details. This Casino was probably the largest I visited during my stay, but don’t worry I didn’t play and gamble my money away. If you are in the area you HAVE to visit because yes it is just that luxurious and breath-taking.
The Belagio hotel is known for their iconic fountains that do a show every 15 min til 11, but the real hidden treasure is hidden inside at Jean Phillipe the chocolate, crepe, a desert Restaurant. Home of the breath-taking 3 story chocolate fountain you would be truly missing out if you did not have an opportunity to try some of their delicious chocolate and have a bite of their fabulous ice cream.
The Venetian houses a river that runs through the hotel on which you can take gondola rides transports you to Venice Italy. The architecture and atmosphere is European and has extreme attention to fine detail. My favorite of all place to visit in the Venitian is the Antique book store, housing first and second edition books! Truly a treat and not something many of us will have the opportunity to see. It makes the must see list for Las Vegas.
